Stingy President won't come off the hip for a measly $2 Billion pay raise for his own people.

President Obama gives swift poke in the eye to his own employees. Instead of taking the suggested pay raise of 1.3% across the board, Obama only gives 1% across the board.

But get this, he's done this years prior and our own Congress has apparently waived its right to determine Federal pay raises. Do you see how these things get out of hand?

OUR OWN SUPPOSED REPRESENTATIVES ARE ALLOWING THE PRESIDENT IN OFFICE TO BECOME MORE OF A DICTATOR EVERYDAY.

It doesn't matter who the president is. Eventually the office will hold so much power, we won't be able to stop a tyrant.

$204 Billion x 0.01 = $2 Billion
