Russia has to retaliate for it to be war and I do not think they will. The F22 is something Russia can not really combat as they do not have one or anythimg like it and US forces are much more established in the area than Russia, with Turkey and Israel also waiting in the wings.

Basically it is Russias move. Now we wait.
