2nd one - a check of the counting system performed before the beginning of elections (8 am).
3rd and 5th - ballots from the mobile box which is carried to the bed-ridden people is unloaded into the main box after the elections closure (8 pm).
4th - a clear provocateur who is not doing his work properly even if he's really an observer.
6th - pure foolishness of local security service. Also, the ones not allowed by the security to go inside are people of senior commission - meaning if there are falsifications there, they are made by the low-levels, not because of some order from above.

I don't know anything about and am not commenting on Russian elections, but it is the low level officials here in the US that are the ones that rig elections, and they rarely get caught or even are questioned or doubted with any seriousness

I think its a universal thing. its always the low level ones that do the most but no one suspects them. its too perfect.

Corruption is and always has been rampant in Russia since the days of the Czar. No surprise here. Russia has been unable to cope with it for generations. Many Russian bureaucrats don't look at anything fairly or follow their own rules and resort to petty shit like the above videos.

Proper procedure for the 4th case is not to stumble around shouting, but to make a call to the central commission. Meaning that that man's true purpose was not to ensure "clean" elections, but to create this particular video. That's what I call "provocation".
As for the first video - I know this channel. Each time I watched some of their videos, it turned to be fakes. After 10th or so I decided that enough is enough.

I'm glad he did this film, because that's the only way we will see corruption an mafia in action (meaning the truth)... A call to your fuckin' 'central commission' would've muffled/killed the plaintiff and we couldn't have had any proof that your elections are rigged too.
