If we are going to take in refugees, they should be detained into concentration camps until their can be properly vetted and released into foster programs after being reeducated to be able to integrate into American (or other Nation) society. Those that are integrated into society are monitored and mentored to insure security. They are either given a path to citizenship or return to their own country when hostility subsides. Those with radical ties or tendencies are imprisoned for additional rehabilitation, deportation or execution.
