Your do realize your friend was killed by the CIA, don't you? Using snipers to kill protesters after an election in which the CIA tries to convince people the election was rigged is the hallmark of the CIA. They did it in Ukraine. They did it in a number of Latin American countries. The purpose is to enrage world public opinion and to enrage the protesters to get them to turn violent. Usually this is backed up by protesters who have been armed by the CIA to attack the security forces. I don't think they were able to do this in Iran which is why this CIA coup failed. It worked in Ukraine.
