Still, he's among my most cherished living authors so pfft, people don't agree on everything. :Cthulhu2016: :SCCSA: The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. - HPL |

Deplorable Michael Deschain User ID: 69061168 United States 09/20/2016 09:29 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | he hasn't written a decent book since he quit drinking. Besides he is a libtard. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 44726228 Apparently ac doesn't actually read. In the 25 or so years since he got sober he's written some of his best work. Novels of note; Dolores Claiborne, Insomnia, The Green Mile, Cell, Duma Key, 11/22/63, Joyland, Revival Short fiction; Nightmares and Dreamscapes, Hearts in Atlantis, Everythings Eventual, Full Dark No Stars.... And those are just the really good books(since getting sober), at worst, his work is always decent. Fuck his politics, if it's too much, or unbearable, don't read him. :Cthulhu2016: :SCCSA: The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. - HPL |

Nightmares and Dreamscapes was fanstastic. Dolan's Cadillac is probably on of my favorite short stories of all time. |

Blaine, the plates, licking corners, LICKING FUCKING CORNERS WHILE WITCHES WATCH USING THEIR WITCH MAGIC, no to mention steed mounted Dr Doom robots with lightsabers. All brilliance ruined cause Hollywood is racist and he's libtarded enough to play along. This was his LOTR, now it's just sad as fuck. Go back, R rate that fucker and do it proper you hack! |
