one of ezekiel's "wheels" is the circle of the ecliptic of the sun containg the 12 constellations of the zodiac. the zodiac was originally all animals or "beasts", with the lion, leo, being the "king of the beasts". one of the other wheels, of the "wheel within a wheel" is the celestial equator, and i believe the 3rd wheel is the galactic equator. the 4 main "beasts" are the constellations of leo, taurus, aquarius, and scorpio.

just look at a "globe" of the earth with the "wheel within a wheel" surrounding the earth.
