Well, are you anywhere near or can get to the vicinity of Wheeling, West Virginia? There is a place you can go, to visit or stay depending on how much you are able to help out in the community. It's called, New Vrindabin. [link to www.newvrindaban.com]

Showers and food are free, and there is an open place on the floor with the rest of the devotees who come to stay in the land of Krishna. Mornings start really early, something like 4:30 or so for meditation. Unmarried men and women stay in separate accommodations. Two or three meals are served daily. Festivals are often, and they serve free sumptuous feasts.

So, if you are willing to make yourself useful with a small community of like minded people, I'd highly recommend it.

Regarding your own choice of personal hygiene, and physical peculiarities, that's your business, and wasn't what I was asking for when I asked you to elaborate on who you appear to be. Last time I was there, the laundromat was free too. My contribution to the community on that visit was repairing some of the washers and dryers. Whenever I go there, I make it a point to share a part of myself for the betterment of the community.

Sucks but its rather motivating
