I can only speculate so much. I have an idea of what this operation entails, but no concrete information.

It relates to the turnover of certain natural cycles that esoteric (and by extension - governmental and religious) groups have kept tabs on over the ages.

There's a type of science, or methodology that "they" want to keep under wraps, in its application is the liberation of humanity itself. This would mean the undoing of most worldly institutions, as well as an erosion of human power structures..
