It was the supreme being of chaos after all It had been having the same dream again of being a tiny adorable fish, something it would normally gobble up without a second thought This time though a clownfish was making a complete fool of it, testing it and pushing it to its limit Leviathan fantasized about devouring the clownfish, and angelfish and even the hammerhead shark Even more humiliating, Leviathan sensed that somehow other eyes had been observing its dream and critiquing it Leviathan decided it was time to cause a Tsunami somewhere to let off steam Something needed to be done about this. uhh. fuck u guys? yeah probably. Anonymous Coward User ID: 70220057 United States 09/27/2016 07:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Leviathan returned from another evening romp of terrorizing and turmoil Quoting: Anonymous Coward 63282179 It was a good day. The dreams faded into a distant memory and the supreme being of chaos found its thoughts drifting to other topics that had been capturing its focus The main one was was it the only one of its kind? Leviathan thought very highly of itself and felt that surely there must other beings of chaos out there as supreme and glorious as it was and that perhaps they were lonely as well Leviathan hired scholars and researchers to search far and wide, leaving no stone unturned One finally turned up with an ancient manuscript mentioning another being that sounded almost as awesome as Leviathan was It's name was Behemoth We Sheeps have to Eat this Leviathan and Behemoth as Lions. Leviathan was alone in quiet contemplation finding its thoughts drifting to the topic of love again How would it know if it did find love? And if it did find it how would it know if it was true? Leviathan believed they knew a few truths Mostly about the inner workings of chaos theory, or the actuality of concepts like it being a dog eat dog world or survival of the fittest It often wondered if there were really such a place as "Paradise" Now it knew that there was a possibility that it might have a counterpart or companion out there There was a catch though Leviathan was bound to the sea, and this Behemoth being was apparently bound to the land Leviathan had read that "opposites attract" and wanted more than anything to find this Behemoth no matter what it took It summoned its brightest and most respected scholar to its quarters and ordered it to begin sketching out a master plan of how leviathan could cross the threshold The scholar was very nervous, and let leviathan know that in its research it found out something that might change everything "Well you see, there's apparently a very powerful group out there who call themselves The Righteous and well, to put it bluntly, they want to find you and then eat you" |

Quoting: I_am_who_I_am The goldfish doesn't know whether it can trust the clownfish. It all feels like a test. However it can no longer hide from the nagging truth that it is more of a pet than a friend to all of its companions. The choice is stay in comfort or a tread an uncertain path towards something that is more genuine. Maybe a dangerous one. The goldfish decides that it doesn't care if the clownfish has good intentions or bad ones. Following it means doing something different, so it agrees to go. But not necessarily obey... The mermaids swirl around, promising the goldfish a new bed of pearls upon its return The angelfish promise a halo so shiny that the gold of its scales will look like dull brass in comparison The goldfish steels itself and sets off after the clownfish, going deeper into new territory They come to what the goldfish does not yet know is the first trial It is a message in a bottle, laying there never having reached its intended recipient What will you do asks the clownfish It might contain juicy secrets meant only for you! Will you swim in and keep it all to yourself, or carry the message to the surface in hopes of the small chance that it may mean something to someone? The goldfish considers the two options presented by the clownfish. However, the goldfish never liked picking a choice out of ones given. It was too predictable. And the goldfish hated the idea of following any sort of predetermined path. So the goldfish turns to the clownfish and says: "I will leave it there." This caught the clownfish off guard for perhaps the first time in its fishy existence! It did breathe a sigh of relief though, knowing that had the goldfish chosen the first option of reading the message that upon swimming into the bottle it would have found itself trapped and unable to swim back out ever again You are more rebellious than I thought, former pet of angelfish. This could prove to be a worthy trait in the long run, continued the clownfish In the far distance the hammerhead shark broke into a wide toothy grin, enjoying the show too much for impatience to set in Who will end up the fool, and who the wise one? The goldfish had never really thought of itself as rebellious. Pondering the concept, it found it liked the idea. For too long had it been treated like a cute little creature that the other sea animals loved to dote on. The goldfish felt like it must have a destiny greater than the simple life it was accustomed to. A life full of comfort was nice, but it really served no purpose. Being rebellious meant being independent. It meant answering to no one, and living solely on the whims of it's tiny fish heart. The goldfish could feel it beat stronger as it decided right then and there, that it was indeed rebellious. And that it would stop at nothing to find the path with purpose it knew it was destined to take. --- The clownfish could see the smile and determination on the goldfish's face. The clownfish was not sure what to think of that. The Hammerhead loved it. |

She was not tuned into the present as she frolicked around in a made up world inside her mind. Her blond curls kept bothering her face as the wind started to pick up. She came back to reality, and noticed the dark clouds approaching from the distance. This was annoying to her, because she did not feel like leaving her day dreams. But the responsible thing to do was to go tell her parents of the coming storm. By the time she got home there was no need for the warning. The clouds had rolled in much more quickly then she had expected, and she was already soaked by the time she stomped inside her cottage home. "YOU ARE GETTING WATER EVERYWHERE!" shouted her mother, who somehow in an instant was looming over the girl. Her mother was extremely large and tall, so this was always particularly intimidating. "I am sorry mother" whispered the child. "Go change your clothing NOW! And then tell your brother it is time for his supper." The girl walked away, hiding her irritation flawlessly, like she always did. She hated her family. She seems to remember loving them once. But that was a long time ago at a time when they seemed to love her back. Her brother was in his bedroom sucking on a honeycomb. "You better not let mother see you eating that, or she will be upset you are spoiling your dinner." He replied "You know she never gets mad at me. Plus if she did I would somehow think of a way to blame it on you. That always works." The girl knew that was true. "Well whatever, dinner is ready" she said as she left the presence of his smugness. After changing her clothing, the girl went into the kitchen and could not believe the feast in front of her eyes. Her brother was already furiously clawing into the meal. "Your father killed a deer today. And I found a new hive to take honey from, and I added it to some cornmeal to make some sweet cornbread muffins." For a brief few seconds the girl had an enormous flash of hope that her mother was telling her this because tonight she would be able to join in with them on the meal. "Your porridge is over in the corner. I added some honey in it, so be grateful." All elation in the girl deflated. She tried to hide her tears as she said "thank you mother" and went to her medium-cushy chair and ate her lukewarm porridge. There once was a time that the girl loved porridge. But when you are forced to eat the same thing everyday, of course you grow to hate it. Her mother was always telling her that she should appreciate it, because it was that meal that brought her to them in the first place. She did not remember how she met them, but however the story went, it made her hate the porridge more. She despised her family. They were rude, stingy, ungrateful, and not to mention huge, furry, and looked nothing like her. She stirred the porridge listlessly, and found her thoughts drifting away from the pain and back into her made up dream world where she was in love with a dragon and her destiny was to-- "GOLDILOCKS!!! Eat your food!!!" |
