Surely, he can thunder & lightening. I noticed Trump was probably receiving some coaching signals, as he shook his head yes, slightly, squinted his eyes to see better & seemed to be acknowledging someone off to the right side. After he is President (and he will be) his behavior will be congruent with his feelings.
