The Black Hebrews do far worse than this banana jokester in my town every week. They scream the most hateful, racist stuff at passersby on public sidewalks and even get physically threatening.

Do you think THEY get charged with anything?

They were being very respectful and obeying all of the rules.
They were not being rude or yelling at people or insulting the police or anything even close to that.
There were as many white students as there were black in the protest.

This stupid guy tried his best to get a reaction and none of the protesters even confronted him. They just left him alone.. Somebody called the campus police and they came and arrested him. nobody got out of hand in any way.

This was nothing like the protests that have been on the news. These were very well behaved respectful kids as are most young people in East Tennessee.

This kid with the gorilla mask really did cross the line between free speech and trying to incite violence.

This was just some dumb 18 year old kid trying to get attention..and he certainly did. They are pressing criminal charges and likely expelling him from the university. Probably a rich kid who's Dad's a doctor or something and he thought nobody could touch him.

His parents should give him a good beating and take his cell phone away.
