I'm coming down a very remote road behind a pickup. It slows down (thought it might turn). Nope. Sits there, in the middle of the road.


So they FINALLY pull over slightly to the side. I'm waiting to go around but here comes from the other direction someone on a small scooter type bike. So I wait for them to pass.
