After you tumble-wash the clothes the clothes will come out of the dryer wrinkle-free.

Without the tumble-wash though...if it was a simple light load or small load or cold/cold water the clothes won't come out wrinkle-free.

It's when we thrash the clothes a bit, tumble-wash them, apply hearty amounts of stain remover to them, that they will eventually come out of the dryer wrinkle-free and an enjoyable experience to all.
