MEGA DOOM - MOE will conduct training for civil defense with the participation of 40 million people - Russian Civilians to Nuke Shelters!!!

A key phrase in a post above is that 'America will face the Hell of war' because kin reality we have never fought a foreign enemy on our own soil. That fact have given us our big-dog-on-the-block, arrogant attitude on supremacy.

But, watch how quickly our national identity will crumble when we watch a couple of our cities burning on CNN while the talking heads assure us everything is just "fine."

Wars are won on many fronts and not all of them involve firepower. On an emotional level, the U.S. could be brought to its knees very quickly by a demoralized citizenry witnessing their security crumble before their eyes.

Of course: this is a worst-case scenario... but, it's also a realistic one.

I was just a little kid during the Cuban Missile crisis, but still remember how tense my parents were when they watched JFK speak of a full-retaliatory response. I also remember those pre-fab concrete bomb shelters that were suddenly lined up for sale on previously empty lots and the now funny-as-Hell "duck and cover drills" at school.

Overall, I'd say the pucker-factor is much higher today than it was back then, because only TWO countries had the "bomb." The Good guys and the Bad guys. Now, even those two original enemies are back for Round II, there are ALOT of other contenders just waiting to jump into the ring and duke it out for global domination.
