Well I had a dream in 2007 and the dream was strange it's like it wanted me to know it was winter , but I came out of my house and I was freezing but this is why I'm the dream I was laughing but thinking wtf , I was slipping all over the place and I noticed very shiny really slippy ice everywhere I was on , hense it was really trying to state it was winter

So I'm walking next minute I see this Chinese guy from school I've not seen him in years I was like I've never dreamt about this guy before anyhow he didn't say anything he just pointed up it was dark , and next thing hundreds of rockets started raining down ,

, nuclear war starts in winter and its dark in the west ..

Another dream I had same thing cold all of a sudden I'm in my fathers car I'm leaning with my forearm accros the back shelf looking back as I do I see this huge fire in Manchester City centre it's so hot my forearm instantly bubbled up with severe burns ,

I think this is one of those "lost in translation things." The usual articles picked up from Russian sites, translated, second-hand, passed on, like Chinese whispers. Probably referred to Russia having the capacity to shelter 40 million in bunkers, and then that statistic got taken out of context. It's what happens 99% of the time these days.

when you know your nukes can hit the countries faster then the nukes that are coming at you , there is no need to send your people to bunkers

russian launches from trucks so there locations are not known - the downside is these nukes travel slow - about 3 hours and 40 minutes to hit north america (still faster then a jet can fly - buts low compared to the GPS laser guided satellite nukes the western countries use)

western nukes can hit anywhere in the world in less then 25 minutes
