wife is in the mental institution and assaulted another patient. They didn't press charges. They put her on restriction so that I cannot even visit her. but then two days later she assaults another patient and this one decided to press charges.


A mentally ill patient should not be held accountable as they are not in their right minds.

My case is against the hospital. I took her there for her protection because she was a danger to herself and others.

They allowed her to assault two people. The one with charges was when she was already on restriction.

My son thought I was being to strict so I decided to take it to GLP and get your views. Here is what he did.

My son was in the counseling office for a schedule change. While there he heard another student crying to a counselor about being afraid of the clown craze going on. The student heard rumors that the clowns were coming to the school to harm kids. Being the trouble maker he is, junior waited for the kid to go to the restroom in the 6th grade hallway. Once the kid was in the stall he turned the lights off and began using a clown horn app on his phone to make it seem a clown was in the darkened restroom with the now terrified 6th grader. Junior was talking like a clown and honking the horn and after a minute he ran out leaving the crying kid inside. One the student didn't come back for several minutes the staff went looking for him and found the 6th grader covered in his own pee and crying in the corner.

My punishment was to take away his phone, xbox, and tv for 2 months. Too hard or too soft?

So what the hell? Do I get a fair trial or not?
