Pray for those foolish enough to participate in looting. They might just lose their lives. Especially in Florida. Especially with the Bill Rick Scott passed in 2014, which allows in a state of emergency and evacuations, anyone and everyone can carry a concealed weapon. Not knowing who is home and who isn't is enough for a fear factor to prevent people from breaking into homes during the storm, but those crazy enough just might try and do it anyways. They might have guns too, so be prepared people. Also, drywall only provides concealed cover, it will not stop any manner of projectile, so remember this, and hopefully you bought AR500. Only the insane have the strength to prosper. Only those that prosper, judge what is sane. |

If you live in an area that has catastrophic events and would be in danger of looting you need to carefully think this out. When will you shoot? What are the laws? Do you have cameras to prove your innocence even when the power goes out? If not, you better have a plan on how to dispose of the bodies. What are you going to do with their cell phones? Sell them on Ebay? That would be a ticket straight to jail. Part of your plan should be where to ditch the cell phones - on a moving vehicle out of town is a good idea. |
