I have recently been hearing a low hum as well. I am in Beaumont, TX. 100 miles from Houston where people are also hearing it. Very weird. Hello
I started hearing the hum a couple of months ago. I hear in my apartment, at my office and at nh dads house. Its driving me crazy. It the loud hum at night keeps me from wanting to go go sleep.
I don't know what to do, who go wed or talk about this. It can be frightening at times late at night.
At a loss about what to do. It is (the hum) very invasive
