There is no special protections for trannies. No laws saying any single business must cater to their kind. The way the government gives them any kind of protection is that they say since they chose their identity they also chose their sexual preference and that's how the government wraps them into GLBT fandom.

However, with that being said, there is no protections granted to allowing them to choose any bathroom they want.
