If Diebold has rigged their voting machines....

prior to election day, either by memory card, or internally in the machine, here's how to address it. The machines, can be tested earlier in that day. I've seen videos where they've tested these machines, and it literally takes them just a few minutes. Why can't this be done before using the machine, to double check it's working properly before the voting booths open?
