How do you know you are still surfing the SAME SITE when it comes back online?

Old School 2600 style website "hacking" involved simply redirecting the server to a spoofed webpage that could look exactly like the original or completely different.

Years ago, the famous ValueJet hack, featured a copied version of the original site except all the plane images were images of planes on fire, and the headline read...

"Value Jet, we're always thinking of new and innovative ways to Kill You".

It was so bad that they had to close down and re-open under a new name.

Site was completely gone for me all fore noon today. Last night it was off and on and very spotty but this morning I tried many times and could not get in here. Been funky trying to get my work done online today and sites were just going then coming back, then they would be gone again.

I cannot be spoofed.

Looks like the US is attacking everyone. This can't be good.

Just looked and 2 of the sites I work for are back up. 5 hours of work for me tonight when I normally get a break in the evenings. Oh well at least I will get paid Friday
