he detained /arrested her when he just said he had no reason to believe she committed a crime.

as a citizen she would have had a case.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1712129

Yeah, that's what I was wondering.

Was he about to search the car or weapons or drugs?

Cops did that to me one time, and the cop wouldn't even tell me WHY he pulled me over. Then he brought his dog out and walked him around the car.. Then he asked to search my truck. I told him "no", he had no grounds for it. He finally backed off when I told him where I work and why I had skis and camping gear in my truck bed. Guy was totally paranoid and eager to rough me up. At least the German Shepherd never got excited.

Had to let me go because I don't do any drugs.

He was a real young gung-ho guy that wanted a bust so fucking bad, tho. And I was
twice this punk's age, not that it matters, but I had no shirt on that day after running 7 miles a few minutes earlier. He was simply following his own suspicions without due-cause tho.

I guess in this new Police State ANYONE can be searched or arrested for ANY REASON it would seem.

I can see why some people hate cops tho..
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 60032785

He was investigating the car of the guy he just arrested (the driver).

By refusing to leave she was impending his investigation which is a crime.
 Quoting: ^TrInItY^

You cant investigate a car for being suspected of a crime.

If the arrest was based on no license then that means no warrant and means the arrest was not for anything else.

If cops are searching for anything else then it is unlawful and inadmissible in court. And they know that because they are trained road pirates. Look up "desert snow." They are trained to makeup arrest reasons then unlawfully search and steal = moneyyyyy.

You are still ignoring video evidence. She didnt refuse to leave. He refused to let her go in peace twice. She wanted to go to the house. He said no. Thus he forced her so he could then molest her.

She was right. He had no jurisdiction over her. She did not commit crime nor was the subject of the stop. Find out who he was and investigate if hes molested girls.

You witnessed him lie. Hell do it again when theres no camera.

Save a life. Stand up for true law. Become a truth enforcer today.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73161404

She wasn't molested.
The video showed that.

She goes to a house there could be a gun or fellow conspirators there.
So the Officer was correct in not letting her go.

I can't say what specifically is allowed under California law.
How did this play out in court?

The best part of this is the switch from "I am a free citizen of the earth your laws don't apply to me!" to "I'm going to sue you!!"

But... if you're a free citizen not subject to the laws of the country, what the fuck makes you think you have any legal standing to sue anyone?

I got a ticket for driving without a license when i was 15.
It was a 30 dollar fine and i was allowed to call someone to pick up the car.

We used to have police that served the public instead of their pockets.

Now the police have their own company to tow cars. They get paid nice for each car impounded they keep them until the bill gets higher than what they can auction the car for, then they sell it.

Its all about money now.

looks like everyone here are bootlickers.

enjoy your tyranny
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1712129

First of all you got no fucking idea - perhaps the car was not tagged, licensed property and therefore - you tow it - Maybe the tags matched a stolen vehicle. You have NO idea the entire story here bub, and it was clear as day she was not even slightly cooperative to a situation where we have very little to go on.

So your response is to attack everyone as "bootlickers" - smh - talk about the pot calling the kettle. You need to relax dude, people are just having a conversation about an incident were none of us even have all the facts.

Maybe princess who was so worried about that bag was in fact in serious error of the Law. You know nothing - except we are bootlickers and the cop is bad?

Personally, I would like to hear more of what you have to say. These threads on these issues never last, not sure why on this forum.

My take is that being free and standing for your rights is a lot less complicated than people think. The corporations (government) have to have a contract with whoever they interact with.

Take a dog license for instance, if you have a dog license for you dog, then "animal control" has jurisdiction over your dog (and you?).

If you don't have a dog license, no contract, no jurisdiction. Is this thinking correct in it's most basic sense?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71188840

It varies from state to state...
When you sign for your license to drive on our streets, you are also agreeing to certain conditions. As I stated, they vary from one state to the next.

But, one agreement that is fairly common across the board is that you will comply with breathalyzer and alcohol testing if suspected of driving while intoxicated. Failure to abide by what you agreed to will also carry other penalties regardless of actually being intoxicated or not. You may still loose your license, even not being intoxicated.

Its also a law, but it spelled out again for drivers and you are signing that you agree to it.

Just look the terms that people must agree to, to get their license, pick whatever state you wish.
 Quoting: BrokenTech

Well, here is part of the problem, last time I renewed my DL, I didn't sign any contract.

All I signed was a little black electronic signature box. No terms of any DL contract were provided to me.

My understanding is that if no terms were provided on a contract, there is no enforceable contract (fraudulant by it's very nature). I received no printout of any contract when I renewed...
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71188840

Did you ask for it........
 Quoting: BrokenTech

Doesn't matter, if there are "hidden" terms of a contract, there is no contract (fraudulent) from the get-go... That's on them, if you want a contract, the terms need to be spelled out on the signed documents, not hidden from the signing parties...

No, they love their slavery to coporate policy officers. they will come here and talk shit from the safety of the internet, but none of them will actually do anything but talk.

some will talk about bearing arms against the state, but will comply with every damn tresspass and false arrest of people like these who actually do something besides bend over and get dry fucked by dickhead tax collecting cops enforcing corporate policy.

Sad state of affairs, but the programming is too deep with the sheeple.

The Sovereign citizens are absolutely correct.

They are right in every sense but one. NO ONE follows the laws on the books. In reality it is might makes right. Laws be damned.

You can argue about your rights until a bullet gets put in your head. The only rights you have are the ones you can defend from others.

That said, in this police state we live in, you have no rights, you have to follow all commands and the elites are not subject to the same rules you are.

IF you don't like it there is a template for changing things, and it was called the revolution.

Unless you and your friends arm up, and keep the goons of the state ( or the guards of the strongmen ) out of your way. You will do exactly what you are told.

The courtroom is only window dressing on reality.

YOU are a serf, slave or whatever you want to call yourself. But you most certainly are not Freemen.

Ignorance is no excuse. Why would you enter an agreement without knowing the terms? We can run this both ways. You are willfully entering the agreement. It would behoove you to know the terms of which you are agreeing. If you do not know, ask. Do you fucking think they just give you a license and say here you go, do as you please? Fucking stupid ass snowflake.

We don't even know why he pulled the car over. Perhaps the car was not tagged, was reported stolen, was described as suspicious etc. So we come in and see that he has arrested the male suspect. The woman refuses to leave the car. When she does and attempts to leave which he told her she could not do until his investigation was over we hear the resulting arrest, complete mental breakdown and verbal abuse of a man doing his job and a completely ballistic reaction when he touches her "bag" - I think there is just a lot missing yet we have posters here concluding we are sucking the big tit of the police state whilst bootlicking.

You cant arrest for what ifs.
Do you understand what the fourth amendment says?
It doesnt say "what if a crime might happen, then you may search and seize the fuck out of anything until your pockets are full."

There are 2 parts of the 4th.
one: NO unreasonable searches or seizures. This applies at all times! If its an emergency then that is a reason. What ifs are not.
The girl asked for a reason. The cop failed to answer why she cant go to the house. No reason = UNREASONABLE.

two: warrants may not be issued without swearing the facts.

There is a myth that police can lie. No. They swore an oath to tell the truth. They contracted and are bound by the terms.

But theres no money to be gotten from murderers or fighters. So the gov made up new "codes" to criminalize everyone. Travelers... now need a licence, and if you dont pay then the road pirates will steal your car.

But to enforce those codes on people, you need a contract - like the current dmv one, by getting a licence.

But only professional drivers are required to have drivers licences.

It's all a scam for money. A racket. And you see how far the abuse goes when pirates harass little girls and some people laugh at it.

You have issues. This is an unhinged female, who screams RAPE the minute the officer attempts to get her to comply. At this point her excessive paranoia over the bag might have the officer wondering if HIS OWN LIFE IS IN DANGER - Maybe you should spend a little time over at youtube watching officers being fired upon. You have NO idea the back story to what you are witnessing, we are all just jumping in the middle here - and yet you resort to this:

"It's all a scam for money. A racket. And you see how far the abuse goes when pirates harass little girls and some people laugh at it."

It happens in a heart beat. You know something, ever heard of Bonnie and Clyde? You know Bonnie was like 4'9?

...

Ty and correct. But i cant type much on this. And the last post i made was deleted. Had to retype. Cities, et al., are corporations. They enforce corporate code for money.

They don't pay cops enough.

This.

You could never pay me enough to put up with the daily bullshit police do.

Starting pay should be about $140k, and free reign to shoot any fuckhole who start screaming at you.

Re: One of the Most Satisfying Arrests I've Ever Seen
She was right. Bad mouth her all you want. Give her a label of "sovereign" to hate her.. just like hillary gave patriots the label of deplorable.

The girl was 100% right according to contract law and consent and court rulings. Penal code requires consent to apply if there is no victim. But the cop absolutely has to obey her rights pursuant to his consent to form a binding contract to even become a cop.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73161404

Shut up with your bs thought process. By her own admission she was not a citizen of the United States. Well guess what, that means she was trespassing on private property. The road she was so much enjoying is owned by either federal government of the United States, or by the State of California (either directly or on behalf of a toll road company). So by NOT acknowledging the existence of those entities, what fuckin right does she have to use these roads? And then she proclaims she's going to go over to some random house? It's not her fucking house to go to.

If this broad was getting arrested for living in a piece of shit hay bale house in the middle of North Dakota, sure I might have some sympathy for her claim. But this shithead wants to enjoy her cell phone, drive in her car, use our roads and then have the audacity to claim she gets all the benefits of our society with none of the obligations? Fuck her and fuck people like you that peddle this mentality.

Most of the sovereign citizens and anti-tax payer people are just free loaders. You are looking for an upper hand so that you can enjoy all the benefits of society but not have to actually contribute. If you think you do not have to contribute to society because you make an announcement in front of a witness, do a secret handshake or sign your name with capital letters, you are no better then the entitlement people that think the government owes them.
