Toddler Dies in Spokane Fire, His Dog Huddled at His Side

What about the 3 kids who died in Centrailia I think it was last year. The mom wakes up (separated from the father of course so he was not home) and she sees the starway leading to the 2nd level is full of flames so she cannot save her kids. The kids all end up daying and the mom gets out with no injuries. Had that been a man he would have been hounded for the rest of a live due to being such a coward not not trying to save his kids.

This is horribly sad.

My mother knew a woman that had remarried and the new husband had an infant, she had two small sons.

There was a fire and she carries out her new husbands infant and her two sons had to fend for themselves.

One of the boys got out, one didn't.

The older boy, nine, watched his younger brother burn to death through the window. I don't know why he couldn't be gotten to, but the mother blamed the surviving son for the rest of her life, openly.

What a POS.

^^^I am a Christian, but I don't go to Church, I had enough of hypocrisy long ago. Everyone is always praying, hoping, wishing, believing. Where does that get anyone? Then when it all blows up in our face, we simply say Rest in Peace, he is in a better place. I am at a point to ask a valid question, Why does God allow stuff like this to happen?

One more thing, I said it before Animals are better Mothers than human animals, when their babies cry, they don't put them to bed, they curl up with them. This whole thing makes me sick sick sick!

It's hard to believe a dog....would a HUMAN stay, suffocate in SMOKE as it becomes HOTTER AND HOTTER, in order to try to save your little friend?

I'm crying thinking about the selfless thing this dog did for his little buddy.

WTH did people do before SMOKE DETECTORS? People need to become smarter and more aware of what could happen, what is happening and if in the event of, what is our strategy to get out alive. Smoke detectors is not the reason people should or should not die in a fire. Sorry folks, that is just nonsense.

A dog is totally selfless, I would prefer my good dog to all fellow humans at this point. My dog loves me, never leaves my side, she Mama Dogs me in the morning to get me going, she licks me to death to get me up and moving, then at night she curls up in bed with us. I love my dog with all the love I have in my soul.
