Cops enforce city ordinances. They gave warnings and ultimately removed the neighbors dogs for barking (noise ordinance). The same small dog that you brag about kicking like a football? So in addition to physically assaulting that 10 pound pet, you were also constantly calling up and complaining to the police?  |
