Most states have laws preventing electorates from swapping votes. They might have an emergency clause somewhere, but the most likely thing they would do is abstain from voting and let the vote go to congress.

There is a theory out there. As the good guys have the bad guys finally nearly defeated.... As the Republic Of The United States is about to be restored....

DT and HC have been a smokescreen and this entire election has been a dog and pony show to entertain the masses while the peaceful transition of power continues behind the scenes.

Supposedly either Paul Ryan or General Dunford are temporary presidents of the new restored republic. Since both HC and DT are running for USA Corporation which is now bankrupt and dissolved, they are nothing but players who volunteered for this part.

This theory, and it's only a theory goes on to say that very soon these elections will be suspended, both parties will back out and new elections will be set to be decided in January.

DT agreed to play along for real estate deals and name brand recognition, and HC agreed to play along in exchange for being pardoned for her crimes.

At any rate the media has been working the public up in a frenzy about this entire election, and now they are starting to turn on HC. This is also supposedly going alone with the script as soon she will be forced to drop out.

Whether or not any of this is really true will not take long to find out as elections are supposed to be suspended if true and we have less than 2 weeks now.

CNN have truly fucked their credibility over historically. They will never be able to get rid of this. What they have attempted this election cycle will forever be synonymous with their name.

The exposed emails, if damning, mean Comey has to come clean to salvage his reputation. The possibility exists that Comey needed knowledge that Trump was going to win the election before he came back on stage to land a lethal blow. Worse for him though is Trump cannot let him finish his tenure as Director.

If the emails prove to very damaging they may also lead to a coverup by Obama being that he lied and may very well be implicated.

Worse case scenario is this is another election rig distraction to show the American people Clinton did nothing wrong after all. It then sways the momentum back to Clinton, although I just can't see that happening.
