Maybe you paid for one of Hillary's Mao jackets when you intended to pay for food or medicine for a hungry or injured Haitian. Ortel is no novice when it comes to examining financial records. He exposed the faulty financial records of both AIG and General Electric in previous years. Philanthropists want to know if their donations are being used properly.
