The penalty is hanging at the end of a Noose until dead. There is a provision for imprisonment, but I believe it is Congress' call on the matter. I believe Trump will ask for it, but I am unsure. They're are a number of House/Congress members that deserve this. Can you drain a Swamp and hang the Alligators?
