Looks like they were considering it an away game. The schedules have it listed as @cin. If we went by their true last home game they played philly and won which would favor the incumbents party.

The refs may have been doing that to keep the fans excited over there. They kill me with all their different NFL team jerseys they wear and even baseball stuff at a NFL game lol
