The guy got his head torn off. Probably ripped out some esophagus and vagal nerve tissue from the mediastinum and the initial inertia ripped the blood-filled heart right out onto the street like a kielbasi

Not unusual with unusually high deceleration rate injuries. I hear they found the heart of one of the Columbia shuttle astronauts and the skull of another one with all the flesh ripped off. Those things are dangerous too

That country should ban assault motorcycles, nobody needs those damn things on the street.

I don't know, but the front wheel of that bike is bloody, like he somehow had the spinning wheel slice into his chest and rip out his heart. Maybe he was crawling on the ground looking for contact lense and got his head caught in the spinning tire

but the guy who died.. once his soul escaped his dead body, he saw his own dead fleshy body, lifeless, and he probably got really mad that he can't go back to it and finish his life, but he can't, yet the way his body is torn up, doesn't seem to phase your soul when you are dead, because your body is just a temporary vehicle
