It’s about time to say something positive for a change here.

I am a little tired of observing so many GLP End-of-the-World threads in all kinds and flavors, from the devilish pessimistic to the naïve angelic optimism.

What about many of us start changing our lately “Doom’s Day” mood and start moving our attention towards detecting good premonitions, realistic and good deeds and trends, the presence of God in some good new habits, and the creation of a new world with a better and more spiritual and civilized society without it having to be destroyed and millions of people killed first? There are innumerous signs of good change in mankind's predisposition to engage in immoral and inhuman wars, genocides, horrendous crimes and similar evil things.

I think Earth still has a good chance of becoming something our children can dream and live peacefully, without people incurring in the global catastrophes announced here. I still believe in the divine presence and influence of God in human beings. Why couldn’t some of us start a world movement leading to Earth’s enlightment and improvement? Cold War's nuclear escalation that would inevitably bring us to extinction was interrupted and reversed - because some school children started a movement to definitely put an end to it. Successful peaceful movements have been done in the past - worldwide.
