watching football is like trying to find when the 1 hour of game really happens during a 4 hour commercial magazine

both games have been ruined thru tv and advertising

and while we are on the subject all tv has been ruined because of excessive commercialism.

While I admit I like watching baseball I can understand that sentiment. It's a lot more fun to play.

You obviously have NEVER played baseball. It's in a "league" of it's own. Nothing boring about it...but it does require some patience. It is like fishing in that respect....something else you've probably NEVER done.

I pity folks who have never had the joys of actually playing the game for fun....I would guarantee your perspective would be different if you had.

Best you can do now is go fishing...on a nice calm lake..in a boat under a dark starry sky with your best friend or two and a cooler of your favorite beer...listening to a baseball game on the radio....damn that's good!

Try it...you'll be glad you did. That therapeutic advice is priceless my friend. Good karma is my reward.
