All that is needed is the issuance of a warrant with the news media notified so long as it happens before the election. Today would be best, so that the news spreads. It could be issued for Bill Clinton. Not many people would want to vote for someone whose husband has been indicted for statutory rape. Yes, I did cure my Stage 4 cancer in two weeks when I was 48. I also reversed my chronic kidney disease (glomerulonephritis) when I was 25. In neither case were any medical treatments involved. |

If you are claiming innocence, you CAN NOT BE PARDONED until conviction. Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon before conviction (or even the end of the investigation) for all the crimes he “committed or may have committed” while in office. That phrasing makes it possible for someone to deny (at least in media) any criminal wrongdoing just like Nixon did. He never admitted that he had committed any crimes. However, in Burdick v. United States 236 U.S. 79 (1915), the Supreme Court of the United States held that a pardon indicated a presumption of guilt, and that acceptance of a pardon was tantamount to a confession of that guilt. exactly, with the climate of the Clintons avoiding prosecution, I do not see anyone letting them slide that rule either. I know what happened with Nixon. People try to say it created precedent. I disagree, it was an addition to the corruption embedded. She will NOT get a pardon, I would bank on that. I've been telling people she is going to jail for 2.5 years now. Trust me, she is not getting out of this. |
