To "Indict" someone there must be a Grand Jury somewhere where the case is being presented by the "Prosecutors".

The Justice Department has BLOCKED ANY GRAND JURY FROM BEING CONVENED, though the FBI has asked for one, AND ... the Justice Department under the current Attorney General would be the ONLY entity that selects and provides "evidence" to that Grand Jury.

Do you really think the current Justice Department will provide any evidence to the Grand Jury that would hurt Hillary?

I hate to say it but you sadly misunderstand how an Indictment occurs. Hillary is totally safe unless the Administration either changes OR a Special Prosecutor is appointed, someone who does NOT report to the current leadership of the Justice Department.

What you say is true for crimes being prosecuted under federal statutes.

However, you do not need a federal grand jury or Congress-appointed special prosecutor to hear/try a criminal case that is prosecuted under state statutes.

It is the New York Police Department who will be charging both Hillary and Bill for performing sexual acts with underage girls.

That case will be prosecuted under New York State statutes.

I mean that's why it was set up in the first place. She clearly was giving away state secrets for "donations". The unsecured server provided a mechanism without direct fault.

It's like throwing shit in a public dropbox, and telling people you have a public dropbox. You don't have to physically handshake an exchange.
