At the early voting station that I went to I had to give them my name and verify my birth date and address. No ID required. This is thanks to the ass hats in the court of appeals that overturned the voter ID law. So now if some prick has basic information about you they can vote in your name and use up your one vote.

They still ask for your name and address. If you just make up some shit and can not even speak decent English they would turn you away where I live. Your name and address has to match the voter rolls.

I'd love to chat with miss snowflake about "contributing"

Does she mean:

1. Attending our public schools, getting an education to further her own dreams and goals? To be something? To contribute to this great land? BY WAY OF THEFT?

2. Working odd jobs, like sitting outside Home Depot as a runner, Contributing that way? Where one works under the table and DOESN' PAY TAXES?

Where I vote in Wisconsin they aske for you're address and also ID. Then they check their book. Every name in the book has a number. They write that number on a slip of paper and give it to you and then also check next to your name in the book that you showed to vote. You then take that paper to another table and exchange it for a ballot. I can tell you there's no way voter fraud is happening in my town.

Forgive my ignorance of the American voting process, but I have a question.

I used to volunteer for a political party here in Canada and one of my duties was poll scrutineer. The way we do it here, a representative for each of the running parties is present at the polling place for the sole purpose of observing and scrutinizing the voting and vote counting process. This is intended to prevent fraud and tampering of ballots, etc.

Is there such a thing at American polling places? Who oversees the voting process?
