Expensive to pay 35% tariff OR brings job/factories back - thus, DOW down 750

Markets are well aware that companies now have to decide whether to pay a 35% tariff to bring product in to the U.S. OR move facories back to the U.S. Raising prices to offset the tariff is not an option.
