Two days ago, the Chicago Tribune published a story on the angle that DJT may give Rod a release from jail, where he has 6 years left to serve. His wife and daughters begged the original judge recently to commute his sentence. [link to my.chicagotribune.com] DJT: Quote - "I think you're a guy with great courage," Trump told Blagojevich at the time. "Because I know people who get into trouble, and they just want to go home to mommy. I see them fold like a tent." |

Actually, I barely remembered the story, and had to look it up, including getting the name right. But I'm glad I did. This was a real miscarriage of justice. I really had no idea. Frankly, things in Chicago are so weird, I just let it pass me by at the time. But look here: Just 2 months ago, this other guy put up a video in the man's defense! Some clips: "Actually he was baited. He was entrapped." "One man can't stand against the machine." "He tried to do the right thing for the people of Illinois." "He was trying to implement a program to allow senior citizens, with fixed incomes, to purchase their meds from Canada instead from the USA, so they could save money." -- Just trying to get a discount for oldsters." It seems to me that everytime Blagojevich had an idea to do something new, he had the rug pulled out from under him. He made people uncomfortable all right. So even though he never took a dime, and his 'crime' was all conjectural, from taped conversations -- there he went, right into the slammer. [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] |

The one difference of course is the 'smoking gun' type evidence wherein the exchange of one thing for the other is literally caught on tape. However, you don't need that sort of definitive evidence to convict most people 'beyond a reasonable doubt.' The Clintons and others with an army of top lawyers often try to and do get away with a different standard, something more like 'beyond any shadow of a doubt whatsoever.' |

The real problem is here: Thread: America is Won+Lost Every Day In ... People wonder how large criminal behavior rises to such high levels, and the answer is that it is because nobody can take care of it at lower levels because the State judiciary is fully corrupted by BAR members, another "gang" that takes an allegiance to protecting the "other gangs" from the people themselves. And so long as the BAR controls State judiciaries, it will forever be impossible to people+law to hold govt employees accountable. IT'S THAT SIMPLE PEOPLE! |

They might be doing the same with H. See how many crimes she racks up. For example, I'm convinced there was tons DNC voter fraud on election night. They tried to duplicate Obama's numbers, figuring that would win, but it didn't. If it wasn't for the Trump silent/shy vote their voter fraud would've worked. |
