is this a organic garlic you find at the store, or in a capsle.

regular garlic, raw, crushed like in a press, it will burn, if it dont burn it aint working.

i think that is at the root of most peoples ill health.

Brewer's yeast + sugar mixed in hot water. You drink this. Lot's of vitamin B. Anything with vitamin B actualy. There is a lot of herbal mixes for this if you look around.

I thought that the herpes virus loves sugar.

I eat very health 95% of the time mostly organic foods, evertime I eat chocolate though thats when I notice a break out, so I stop eating this.

Genital Herpes
I had Genital Herpes - please notice I use the word ‘had’, as I am now symptom - free! I started on the Beck Protocol in January of 1997.
