I tried "talking" to it which did alleviate it but did not disappear all together. On my morning walk the next morning I asked my liver (liver is the seat of anger) to release the anger from the day before and to also release the hurt I had carried for decades caused by this loved one. On one visit to the doctor she mentioned that, whenever she became upset about something, she would say: "That just burns me up!!" Her doctor, not believing for a minute that had anything to do with it, but since they had nothing to lose, told her to stop saying that and see what happens. They seem to come on a regular basis. On October 30th we went out for breakfast a our local hangout. Politics was the subject. Someone said something to which I replied: Quoting: beebee "That just pisses me off!!!" A great big, bright light bulb started flashing in my mind. OMG!!! I recalled the story of the woman who developed a fever by saying "That just burns me up" every time she was upset. I began to laugh. Now it dawned on me why I am/was plagued with UTIs. One thing I always do though - is when it's early in the morning and I'm at work but I don't have time to eat, I talk to my stomach and tell it to relax and stop sending the acids of hunger to sting my belly. I usually give it a time frame, and say just relax for another hour and then we'll get some food. works immediately every fkin time : ] |

I'll give you all a word of caution!! As I said, the liver is the seat of anger, but it must deal with soooo much more - everything in fact. All the toxins that the body cannot eliminate get stored in the liver, be they from food, drink, environment or negative emotions (fear, anger, shame, guilt, etc.,) When you ask your liver to release one of these emotions, make sure you ask it to do it SLOWLY and not all at once or you'll have a serious case of the trots!!
