A lady I know is a citizen and about half of her very large family are not. A few citizens (anchor babies) are leaving with them as well. She said mostly they weren't surprised, didn't seem angry, nothing they can do about it. Many went back and forth anyway visiting family in Mexico. She was actually a bit angry at some of them, it's their own fault they never even bothered to try to be a citizen. |

The very first things we did before bringing her here was to get a court (abroad) to make her legally our child AND we got her Finnish citizenship. That's before we even met her. We couldn't have brought her through the border control in her birth-country or through the Finnish border control unless we had documents to show our parenthood and her Finnish citizenship. This story stinks to high heaven of propaganda. |
