Anonymous Coward User ID: 75094610 Australia 06/17/2017 03:54 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Heavy are the heads the wear the crowns. Or the antlers. The horns. Two peas in a pod. Hand in hand. Weary together and yet still standing united. You can throw lightening down at them again and again. The lovers do not separate. Storm rages. Wind howls. He puts his back to it and shields her from the gale. And the game. Demons try to tear them down. He fights on. He is the huntsman. She is his treasure. And so as weary as they are of this world and of the crowns they have been cursed with, they hold fast to one another after so long apart and he shields her from the storm. True love after all cannot exist without true raw pain. Like having your heart ripped out and thanking them for it. Those with eyes to see can see you both. Crowned heads together and heavy are the heads who wear the crowns. The burden will ease if he yields to her for she also wears the crown and so she opens up her hands and for a moment peace fills him. Don't let go of her hand, huntsman. Golden head. Golden stars. It's why they are so attracted to your from miles away. The howling demons. They see the crown of stars. He is the one who grows big for you. His heart mystifies him. Who is this one who woke him up? Golden hair and golden stars and shiny eyes. So many shiny eyes here. This story is bigger than the both. It's the stars. You cannot fight your destiny. A terrible blackness shattered because of her golden light. You needed none but to your surprise, you needed your moon. Moon to your sun. Blazing heat to soothing cool twilight. She is your peace, dear huntsman. The balm for your bleeding scarred and wounded heart. For you, m and m. May those that seek to harm you or use any dark forces against you be dispelled. You have us good magic on your side too. |

Ben's a total dude. Everyone is welcome to post. But it's a beautiful song and very meaningful to me. It makes me tear up too. Lucero is my favorite band and Ben Nichol's can tap into things in a lot of hearts but his acoustic versions of the songs give them a whole new light. Buttercup (poison) and reeds as the soil isn't drained but other fields are lovely, with good Ryegrass and clover, nettle, comfrey and dandelion, plantain all good for cattle. It amazes me how they instinctively know what to avoid. We might get 2 saves of silage this year the weather has been good so far. The main type of beef calf here are Hereford cross. I've grown up with them in the fields around me my whole life. There are a lovely beast. |
