Magna Charta/Carta is NULL & VOID
Yes the Magna Charta only exists in the minds of people that have not studied real history, only what they are fed by the public fool system. The Magna Charta was declared nulled by the Papal Bull as offensive and being in contradiction of law as it was obtained under duress The proof is in James Montgomery's writing on atgpress, and in Emanual Josephson's book The Gold Corner. Here is the proof that no one wants to bother reading quoting directly from Josephson
" After he had been forced to sign the Magna Carta by threat of defeat of the barons, King John sent word of it, by envoy, to the Pope. The envoys returned several months later, bearing Papal bulls, dated August 24 and 25. Pope Innocent III declared the Magna Carta to be:
". . .unlawful and unjust as it is base and shamefull. . . whereby the Apostolic See is brought into contempt, the Royal Perogative diminished, the English outraged, and the whole enterprise of the Crusade greatly imperiled"
On these grounds on on the ground that "the king had been compelled to enter upon it by force and fear", and on the implied ground that it violated the basic tenets of Christianity in its denial of dictatorial rights to him and his henchmen, Pope Innocent III denied on behalf of the Church the Declaration of Human Rights as embodied in the Magna Carta, because possession of rights by anyone violates the tenets of the Church."
END QUOTE
You see in 1215 the King turned everything over to the Pope, that is all land, possessions and the people, in order to get his soul back from excommunication by the Church. Therefore he , the King, had no right to sign that Magna Carta because he lost that right to the Pope by contract regardless that he was forced under duress to sign it. These people have a looooong way to go in understanding this and that's another reason they constantly lose in court or letter writing cause they are not addressing the power brokers who actually run the show.. An example, when I filed suit in 1984 I lost and I included the Magna Carta not knowing this history. I have the letter from one of the defense attorney's to the other, stating: " So much for his Magna Carta argument and you were worried about it."
So most in the Middle Temples lawyers know that the Magna Carta is a dead issue and does not mean squat.

If this is true, then why is Britain a protestant country and not a Catholic country like Eire? King Henry VIII outlawed Catholicism because His Holiness the Pope refused him a divorce. The Magna Carter is still in effect, especially since the English Civil War where the people asserted their authority over the Monarchy and Henry VIII's created Church of England.

Christianity came to this country before Catholic missionaries arrived to create converts, so Mother Church has NEVER been all powerful in Britain so could not have annulled the Magna Carta (which was vital in the creation of the American Constitution).

BTW Human Rights are today embodied in the UN Constitution, which is one of the reasons I can't understand the USA's hatred of it.

Claiming something to be true does not make it true. Now provide some objective support for your claim and it may be taken more seriously.
