Is California still in a major drought?

It's a desert. It's the natural condition of the state.

The southern portion is still in severe drought but the northern portion is getting better. Also this winter should be a good one

Also if you google search drought map it will bring you to the government website for the drought map

im sure i read this drought is man made because other states are damming Colorado river it is like 3 or 4 states having a water war which is why lake mead has fallen

Northern Cali here. Been raining all day. Raining like a som bitch right now. We have already had some decent rain this year which is early. Drought ended last winter.

It was a scam to raise rates and fine people ungodly amounts of money. Probably because of their pension issues. The drought is said to be over, but funnily, the rates haven't gone back down.
