Does Peace Elude You and Every Little Thing Set You Off?

Used to be so easy to relax and have nothing enter my quietness. However, within the last 10 years or so, total relaxation and that peaceful feeling has been impossible to achieve. Even when I am doing things that I once enjoyed.

There will always be someone or something come from out of nowhere to interrupt my solitude of the mind, and the result is my nerves are on edge 24/7.

Anyone else having this problem? I am not the type of person who likes to be around mass confusion, but yet, everything seems to end up that way anymore.
