How do we deal with the 11million so-called non-criminal illegal aliens in U.S.?

What I envision is a total law enforcement effort. Day one they are arrested and processed for deportation. Almost every town has a rail line or nearby airport. They are sent back home period. You could easily do a couple hundred thousand a day nation wide. Anyone deported goes to the end of the line. Anyone caught over staying a visa is banned from entry again.

Exactly and they go after the businesses that hire legal Americans to bring their companies down and ship them out.
Americans First and above all else and always before criminal ways of national life.

Create stronger restrictions on work visas.
Make it a felony to employ anyone without a visa / citizenship. Including huge fines and a mandatory prison sentence. Make the laws very clear on who and how they will be charged.

When putting the law in place, make sure there's a time period before the changes take effect... Like 6 months. This will allow existing illegals to self deport.

This same time frame should also include the end of all public assistance benefits to those illegal immigrants like welfare, section 8, and food stamps.

No such thing as an "non-criminal illegal alien".

Since when did taxation without representation have anything to do with congressional hearings, due process or citizenship?

If they paid taxes that just means that they are paying for the services they have received while resident here, just the same as Americans citizens.

If they are allowed to return to their home countries without being punished or fined they can count that as being paid for by their taxes.

I've thought about this a lot. Our street has been transformed into a "little Mexico". They haven't really assimilated, i.e., speak very little English (especially the wives), and have little inclination to learn the language. I've wondered how many benefits they get, sucking off the Texas taxpayers for FREE medical care, food stamps, Social Security when they haven't attained the necessary qualifications, etc. Kids go to school, so how about school lunches to go along with everything else! Texas provides well for them.

If I could move, I would, so it's better they go. They are living off the tit of the taxpayer anyway, and taking our jobs. They don't like us to boot, and should just go home to Mexico where they belong, taking their anchor babies with them.

This is what I believe. You either want Open Borders......or you don't.

I don't. I love my country and it is my belief that my country is worth any and all sacrifice. If you truly want to become a AMERICAN you will follow the rules to become a citizen. If you only wish to work here, not pay taxes, take advantage of our schools, hospitals, etc..............you will sneak across our borders and protest. and vote for Clinton!

A few years ago I was in DFW working in Grand Prairie. The students had a walkout marching for some kind of illegal alien shit. The teachers from the school were actually leading the march. Paid for by tax payer dollars. I was stunned.

Cliquish and not becoming part of America. I don’t even know what most of them do.

Example, back when I was in DFW. I moved into a new and partially completed apartment complex. All the cars license plates of the workers framing, siding and finishing the interiors were from various Mexico States like Vera Cruz and, deep into Mexico.

Now I know Americans of Mexican ancestry that OWN licensed trade companies (HVAC, Electrical, plumbing) and they make sure their illegals do the job right because they want more business.

Sounds fair. I know some hardworking illegals who deserve a chance but the ones whob are here just to mooch off the taxpayers need to go.

Three pronged strategy:

1)Employ illegals, and the place of employment is seized.

If a farmer hires illegal's, seize the farm. A factory, dock, warehouse, restaurant or grocery store employs illegals?Seize the business, and sell it to companies/individual's, who will obey employment law. Even a private home owner, that hires an illegal to mow their lawn, should also face asset seizure of the home, as it was the "place of employment", of the illegal.

If they cannot find or maintain employment in America, they will not seek to stay here.

2) Property owned, rented or leased by illegals is seized.

Seize all properties in America, owned by illegal immigrants. Then, begin to seize properties rented or leased by illegals. Be it a car rental/lease, or a housing/domicile rent/lease.

If they cannot own their own housing and transportation, and cannot rent or lease housing or transportation, then they will not stay in America.

3) A bit more controversial:

If anyone sells food, clothing or engages in commerce of any sort, seize affected property.

If a gas station, grocery store, clothing or even a hardware store, sells to an illegal, then seize the place of commerce. If a home owner, is having a yard sale, and an illegal purchases a 5 cent CD, seize the homeowners property.

If no one will engage them in any form of commerce, they will not come or stay in America.


Anything short of those three implementations, will not solve the problem.

Yes. Treat illegal immigration the same as illegal drugs. If you were selling meth from your home or business you would lose everything and go to prison for a very long time. Make the laws the same if you hire or use illegal immigrants. You have them in your business then law enforcement takes your business and bank accounts and imprisons you. Most illegals would start to leave if you passed these laws and enforced them. The ones that don't get arrested and put in work camps and build iPhones for free. Fuck these assholes. Social Security being the exception, and those funds can act as severance pay when they voluntarily exit the country. And if working for cash under-the-table, fine the shat out of the employer and give it to the employee. Either way they'll have funds to help them get established in Mexico. A few hundred bucks goes along way down there and the flood of people that understand constitutional government will help change things for the better.

How I would deal with them... Don't give them any benefits from government. No housing, no welfare, no food stamps, no tax refunds.... nothing. Let them fend for themselves. The second they break the law...deport them. If... after seven or eight years they show to be hard honest workers, attempt to learn English, and are good citizens then we will welcome them.

That's amnesty.....there should absolutely be no Amnesty of any kind. They have already broken the law by jumping the border....back they must go. Weren't the illegals and their backer's riots at Trump rallies and post election enough to show what the future holds if these trespassers are allowed to stay? They and their rioting and Mexican flag waving need to go home, they clearly are incapable of peacefully and lawfully functioning in a modern democratic republic.
