I went into a field that is in high demand, and paid off my student loan debt from a public university in a few years time...but you chose to go to a private college and study underwater basket weaving and now can't find a job.

I will not bailout anyone. I'm only 35 never went to college but started my own business. I will start getting paid under the table and paying my employees under the table (with a raise of course) rather than pay taxes to bail out a failed college student. Thant's right if they can't find a job to cover their expenses they have failed. Good students will be fine and those are the ones we need in this country. Failed students can move to Canada.
