We actually are a valuable presence in your existence, but of course do not take that to mean we will conform to any demand, requirement or expectation of yours. In fact, we are more valuable precisely by not conforming to your demand, requirement or expectation.

Try to understand that We (but not all) Extraterrestrial Intelligences are more willing and eager to make a viable connection with truly authentic and intelligent individuals on Earth than you like to acknowledge when you are having a stubborn reaction about Our apparent absence. You should not take your particular reaction or attitude about Us to be the perfect index of potential higher evolutionary Alien Contact. Try therefore to understand Our perspective on all this.

The vast majority of potentially contactable individuals of your shallow, confused and heedless humanity remain neurotic and untelepathic, which for Us translates into fifty of your Solar years as a growing sense of futility among Us. We therefore cheerfully confess an increasing tendency to withdraw and watch rather than to offer contact opportunities. We are learning greater patience toward such as yourself.

From Our perspective, you tend to have wrong reactions and attitudes toward Extraterrestrial Intelligent Presence (E.T.I.P.) because you allow yourself to be pushed into anger and fear about the false powers, false leaders and false humanity of the false world you seem to be forced to dwell in. Therefore, we seem to be irrelevant if we do not offer immediate escape to a better planet or some immediate material help or empowerment to your beleaguered plight on Earth. Instead of tuning-in to our genuinely helpful presence, which could accelerate your cosmic learning ability, you tend to blank Us out and cultivate disappointment in Us, thus missing the point completely. By projecting cruel neglect into Us, you seem to justify your inability to learn.
