Re: Italian Referendum Live Update
J.P.Morgan May 28, 2013 (pages 12-13)

The southern European political systems have been established as a result of dictatorships and have
marked by those experiences. The Constitutions tend to show
excessive socialist influences, reflecting the political strength that the parties
Left gained after the failure of fascism. Political systems of
Southern Europe show different problems: weak governments, were weak central
than regions, constitutional protections of labor rights, the system of
consensus building that hides political patronage and the right to
complain if unwelcome changes are implemented. The defects of this heritage
political have been revealed by the crisis. The countries of southern Europe have earned
limited success in the realization of the tax agendas and reforms
economic, with governments being forced by the Constitutions (Portugal), powerful Regions
(Spain) and the rise of populist parties (Italy and Greece).
[...]

The fundamental test of the year will be in Italy, where the new government has
clearly the opportunity to engage in meaningful political reforms. but the
political reform process has only begun.

Re: Italian Referendum Live Update
JP Morgan and italian referendum

The first major element that emphasizes a relationship between JPMorgan and the constitutional referendum which dates back to May 28, 2013 - the day the US public institution a report entitled "Adjustments in the eurozone" that soon would become viral in Worldwide.
The study of JPMorgan points out how the Constitution of the peripheral European countries including Italy, brakes the possibilities for economic growth, as full of limits and characteristics that hinder the integration with the euro area.

The Italian Constitution is too anti-fascist system, too dated now, according to the American bank.

In particular:

"When the crisis began was widely thought that these constraints had a purely economic nature. But over time it became clear that there are political limits. The political systems of the countries of the South, and particularly their Constitutions, adopted after the fall of fascism, have a number of features that appear unsuited to promote greater integration of the European area. "
And it is precisely its Constitution to have powered Italy's economic problems according to the report. Socialism too, an approach too inspired anti-dictatorship.
In fact, we continue to read in the JPMorgan report:

"Europe's economic problems are due to the fact that the political systems of the southern suburbs have been established following the fall of dictatorships, and were marked by that experience. The Constitutions show a strong influence of socialist ideas, and therein reflect the major political force attained by the left parties after the defeat of fascism. "
The defects of the Italian Constitution according to JPMorgan
According to JPMorgan Constitution Italian very wrong, along with some other of the EU periphery, and banks will list the reasons:

"The political and constitutional systems of the South have the following characteristics:

executive weaker against the parliaments,
weak central government towards the regions,
constitutional protections for workers' rights,
techniques of consensus building based on cronyism,
the right to protest if the changes are unwelcome.

Re: Italian Referendum Live Update
B: This organization has been in existence for several generations. He says a hint to their existence is to trace the family histories of the banking powers and the money powers in the world. They're very secret and no one knows about them except the families involved. This cabal of leaders has been very slowly but surely building up a worldwide network of power because they want to take over but stay behind the scenes. At first when the Anti-Christ comes along, they feel he's just a new, dynamic, youthful leader from the Middle East they can use to help unite that part of the world and get it under their power. But the Anti-Christ ends up turning the tables on them.

J: He says, "Those two are the connected men that I see. They have a plan to control the world, and it's all falling into place. But, the true controller of the world will be this man." And he showed me ...
D: The one we know as the Anti-Christ?
J: Right. But he says we won't deal with him at this time (1987).
D: No, we don't want to deal with him. I certainly didn't want to take the chance of a replay of what happened the last time we looked in on his life.
J: He says these two men will bring the Anti-Christ figure into their power network. And the Anti-Christ will topple them. (Emphatically) He will topple them.
D: Their plan will backfire on them.

A year before the war in Italy,
Germans, French and Spanish will
be for the strong one; the school-
house of the republic will fall,
where, except for a few, they will
suffocate to death.

B: There will be those in Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, who will be secretly working for the Anti-Christ, helping him to take over Europe. As a result of him taking over Europe and destroying the cultural centers and such, it will affect Europe in such a way that, since they'll be in a state of war, it'll be difficult to continue educating the children because of air raids and such as this.

Re: Italian Referendum Live Update
The mere fact that there is no polling data yet is good for anti-EU

If they expect it to be a big fail they don't release it to keep word from spreading.

It's like the Hillary thing. Just say you already won to demotivate the opposition.

Now they are keeping quiet. No data at all. If they were expecting a win they would broadcast it all day.

What's the vote about, and what will it mean for the rest of Europe.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17189301

The reform Boschi-Renzi involves passing the perfect bicameralism, through a substantial downsizing of the Senate's role: for example, will only be the Chamber to vote confidence in the government. Other changes to the Senate skills are very complicated, here we report the main.

The new Senate (which will also change as a composition, we talk about it soon) will have a very limited role in the approval process of the law. First of all the current bicameral system will be maintained for a few materials, such as laws concerning relations between the state, regions and government agencies, the European Union, the Constitution, the referendum, the budget and overall public administration.

Second, the Senate may propose to the House to legislate on certain matters, but only if you request it will be an absolute majority of senators.

Finally, the Senate participates in the new legislative procedure, the so-called imperfect bicameral or unicameral process strengthened. At the request of one third of the senators and within ten days, the Senate will in fact propose changes to the laws under discussion in the House. Such proposed amendments can then be approved or rejected by the Chamber, but without additional steps (and thus ends the parliamentary shuttle).

Next to this drastic reduction of powers of the Senate, the reform introduces a substantial innovation, the so-called process at certain times. This procedure, in fact, will adjust with precise timing day available to the House and Senate to discuss a proposal for a government initiative law, decree laws.

If No wins, you would expect economic tourmoil, for italian market more like about MonteDeiPaschi

Re: Italian Referendum Live Update
mass hysteria here for the fucking carbonless pencil. Its normal that you can erase the sign on a normal piece of paper, its the paper used for the paper which makes it un-erasable. But no matter what, people call it a move for a rigged referendum cruise

We are a country of idiots, so probably no will win. Not a single poll shows a win for the yes.
