Towing/Impound - The most blatant form of theft and what should really happen

Here's what the private property parking owner should do for someone whose placed their property on their property against their rights, file a civil lawsuit against the owner for property damage.

Towing companies are somehow made owners of the vehicles they tow after 30 days if owned by a poor sap who can't afford $400 to retrieve their vehicle. These companies owe billions to the people they stole from.

Because the issues with parking are a civil matter a private 3rd party towing company should have never gotten involved.

The only legitimate uses for a tow truck are repossession purposes and when a broke down vehicle needs assistance. There could be a few more. Even parking unlawfully in a public place is a civil matter.

So why aren't the tow truck companies being sued? They stole a vehicle on a bet that the vehicle owner wouldn't sue them as they would be apt to do if the property owner tried to keep the vehicle.
