She is trying to delay them not overturn them.

The reason I believe this is simple she waited 3 weeks after the election damn near as late as possible to call for recounts.

She wants hand counts which take a hell of a lot longer.

Wrong if those states don't get their recount certified in time then those electoral votes are subtracted from the total possible amount.

You only need a simple majority which is +1 electoral vote to win.


So for example there are 538 electoral votes and it takes 270 to win.

If Wisconsin didn't finish in time then there would be 528 electoral votes and it would take 265 to win.

Those are the real rules.


The only way congress would ever decide is if there were three people running and nobody got over half of the electoral votes.

Congress has only decided a couple times and there were multiple people running and nobody got a majority.

Congress wont decide because only 2 people got electoral votes so either way 1 of them will have a majority no matter what.

What's to stop Trump from challenging in New Hampshire, or Nevada? That takes care of your scenario.

Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania have already certified their election results. So, unless Hildabeast wins any of those, the votes will be counted, and the electoral votes will go to Trump. If she wins, then they will have to re-certify.

Not true. If the recounts are not completed in time - those states forfeit their electors. I know, I am an attorney and worked for Bush during the Florida recount in 2000. This is the game plan, and they will justify it by Hillary's lead in popular the popular vote.

I do not believe Trump will ever take office. Hillary will be the next President due to the recount process.

It's past in Pennsylvania and Michigan has been ruled by a federal judge to continue what is by state law an the constitution an illegal count, so deadlines and the law mean nothing this year....if push comes to shove any state will be open to a recount if Hillary Frankenstein pushes this too far.

I googled it and read it in the news reports. If the votes are already certified, they count if you win that state.

My Dad is a CEO of an energy company and he has a friend that is being interviewed by Hillary for a Cabinet position.
